An outbuilding at the rear of the Marlborough Public House was transformed from a run-down building to a modern, self- contained bedsit.
Whilst the exterior was sympathetically rebuilt to replicate the original, the interior was rewired, heating added, a new kitchen installed and modern shower room plumbed in, providing an up to date unit for the pub.
